I've been getting the same error for the past week or so also. I thought it was my computer at first because I just installed IE8 but I guess its not on my end.

I'm getting the database error on off-road forum. This is the first time I notice it tonight.

Default crystal compatability

I know most people are 2.4ghz but I thought there may be some help for me regarding 40mhz crystals
I have a 40mhz Hitec tx, 2 cars, 1 with the supplied Hitec (single conversion)reciever the other with a futaba 133f receiver.
Problem,
I have 3 pairs of crystals, 1x hitec, 1x yeah racing, 1x futaba.

The original hitec crystals work in both cars/receivers
Yeah racing crystals have glitching problems
Genuine Futaba crystals don't work at all (No functions/life)
What crystals do I need to buy (easy answer Hitec but WHY)
cheers
Steve

i have KO & Hitec FMs and both work interchangeably in KO ... however
xtals must be used as a (mfg)matched pair else they sometimes don't work.

Futaba & JR xtals didn't work in the KO.

also have heaps of Yeah xtals which are rated "KO compatible", works fine in KO
