Handy to have the Calder Freeway opening in time for the weekend for the Metro travelers. Saves another 15 mins off the trip.

Even with the Calder - if you got to Seymour, the new part wouldn't help you a whole lot

G'day Chris,

Not too bad up here - still humid, but good nonetheless. Meant to be getting nicer from here on in though - so can't wait!

We just had my folks up here, and the other halfs younger sister last week - another sister arrives tonight, so all the visitors are headed up here at the moment - guess its good to beat the tourists though - not too many of them about at the moment!

Don't think i need too much brougt up - only got my Astra to get it all home in - so space is at an absolute premium

Default vic titles

Hi there, thinking of coming over from Tassie just a couple of questions
is there an alternate venue in case of rain?
where do you mount your transponders?
thanks Lee

I can tell you now Lee there's no alternate venue. Just pray it doesn't rain!

Not sure what you mean by where we mount the transponders though? We will be using the clubs own transponders and mounting is as per normal, in the body or on a chassis mounted transponder mount.

Hi All

Can any one give me details of VORTEC as I have tried to contact them using several means to no avail.
I tried AARCMCC who are useless.
I tried VORTEC website which has no contact details
I have sent PM's to people who should or may know and received no answers.

Thanks

VORTEC per se is not actually anything other than a committee of representatives from all member clubs in Victoria.

If you are wanting to know something about the event in Bendigo, contact Skip, if you have a question in general, post it in here and someone may be able to help you. Or - if you go to the RCRacer.com.au forum, there is a "Ask VORTEC" thread that you can ask questions on.

If none of these are helpful, PM Tony Gray, he may be able to help you.

Your PM has been answered. Although you can feel free to ask any questions openly if you feel the information may be of use to others.

Apologies for not answering earlier but direct questions to the Committee are rare - in fact this is the first.
