Default A question

Can somebody please confirm that the LRP TC Spec ESC is legal for use with LIPO batteries at this years nationals?

There is some talk in the AARCMCC thread about voltage cut off etc & i'd like to have some clarity (as im sure many others would) before Thursday.

Thanks in advance.

For those using speed controllers that do not have Lipo cut out built in, then you need to add a cutout switch similar to the Novak 2 cell Li Po Smart Stop PNo 5470.

Calvin

Default WARM UP MEET

Thanks for the great racing today. I would like to thank Bob for his assistance in Mini and the stock boys for letting me run 540 with them.

Looking forward to next weekend's event. It was definately worth the trip for the setup and testing.

Thanks again to the ACT boys and TJ.

Regards,

Calvin

Thanks for the tip

The LRP cut off is 5.8v where as the AARCMCC rules state minimum of 6.0v - technicality I know, but i've seen people throw mass protests for less lol

maybe I shoulda put a at the end of that, as i was a little puzzled with the question, you being around for quite a while

man if that is the case, they can get the big disqualification pad out and basically ping 80-90% of people racing.. and youre right, people have been done for a lot less, especially in a town full of politicians haha

This surely cant be the case, surey not...

Good luck everyone, especially mod with the worlds guys on a definite roll!

Thanks to the club and TJ for a good days racing....

It was good to see them test the timing system and get all the bugs out with the dual computer setup so timing problems will be non exsitent.

Track lacked a lot of grip but you could see the dust in the surface so looking forward to improvement in lap speed that we should see next weekend after a full round or two on the track.

See everyone next weekend.

Looking at the Superstock field, i'll consider myself very fortunate to make the B Final.

Good mod field though - Corally very well represented with Kankles, Jake & Ari.

Only Paul Smith is missing..........

2009 Black Knight - Thats when crazy88 returns

I believe 17.5 was the fastest in stock. But average times were 18.1's - 18.2's.
