If you can't find a hobby store that'll do the right thing, these might help:

Bosley - welcome to the hobby. Your local track is the best place to find free help. Hobby stores are also a good source of help, but some may charge you for the business. This depends on the store - they have a lot of overheads to cover, so despite what some might think, they do need to charge people for stuff.

Ignore Nexxus - we all do.

Scott.

The GOOD hobby shops will always have a go to help someone out.

I have been into Grahams in St Marys and had Tony help me out heaps of times.

Johnno at Auswide at Penrith has saved my bacon that many times I have lost count.

Be polite, dont expect the world for nothing and you will do fine.

Cheers OX

Thanks mate, I will give it another try tomorrow! but recoiling the metal thing is really hard !!!!

Recoil

Recoiling is a pain in the bum! But i would probably take it
back to who u bought it from, they should be best to help
as they should know the product well....well hopefully, if there
not that helpfull or don't want to help then i would take my buisness
else where to someone who does! But generlly if u buy and support
your local hobby shop they will return the favour, i do! It's part of the aftersales service, personally i would probably buy a new pullstart!
less heartache easier to get the car running again, try and repair the other one, if u do u will have a spare, cause i tell ya now pullstarts do break often!!:batman:
