I kind of thought so; but, just wanted to confirm. Always interested in driver's input because I am close to upgrading to the 009 myself. Thanks.

I just got my Intellect 5000mAh Lipos, and they dont fit under the top deck. Has anyone else had problems? is there an offset lipo tray i need or something?

Its not the 09 i have, the one previous.

With the 08 Phi you will need the Corally lipo tray to be able to fit 5000Mah packs into it.

This is what you need

Does anyone have a spool for a RDX Phi they want to sell? Servo posts?

Hi,

Have a 2008 Phi, set up is good ... just understeering (pushing) on corner entry (off throttle). Rear really planted, what would be best way to get some more rotation on the rear without destabilising the car too much?

Thanks,
Alan

Try less toe-in at the rear. I usually run 1 to 1-1/2 at the rear with 17.5/13.5 motors. Less rear toe-in also helps with top speed too...less scrub.

I agree with Bill, less toe give best of both worlds. If you need more again go softer front spring.

Thanks ... I hadn't thought of that. Will try that, using spacers behind couplers.

I also thought shorter or less angled rear camber links may help .... have you tried this instead of reducing rear toe in?

Thanks

Phi '08 - Front belt flipping over

Guys,

Just today, the front belt on my '08 Phi flipped over so the teeth are facing up.

Fixed it & tightened the belt a little... then happened a further 2 times :weird:

What could be causing this to happen
Have never seen this happen on any of my cars before.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks Alan

Corally does it again. Congrats to Ari Bakla on Winnig the Mod title.

OLD 69 11-22-2009 02:40 AM

Thanks PHI2, setups will be posted soon.

Mazmo, i have had that happen a couple of times... when the belts get older it can happen, once it happens once it will keep doing it. Just replace the belt and you all good to go again.

Your car looked good on the weekend too.
