They must still be usefull though. Their are a large number of shops/matchers still selling RC3600HV's in Standard packs as well as Zapped and Matched sets. If they were realy that bad then why would so many shops/matchers still be selling them. Also, Dont take Sanyo's previous record away from them. Prior to these new high capacity cells the Sanyo RC3000's were the number one cell for racing back then. And dont forget my experiance with Zapped and matched Chinese cells I have purchased recently. The RC3600HV is far supperior to the matched set of GP3700's I bought. And as for the IB4200's they were simply DOA. And I am not saying all GP sets are like this. Just the set I bought. I am also not saying all IB4200's are like this. Just the set I bought. Charles |
Nahh
I'll just call you James "James BOOORRRED" What track do you race at in "Wally World" Has your sanyo cells got enough power for Sattelite hacking. 20,000 in a series parellel arrangement should produce enough power to defrost Osten Powers and Dr Evil not to forget Gold Member (a big dick) |
If you contact twister hobbies i think you can might be able to buy an express TC. They are the real deal otherwise the store wouldnt sell it.
Also can you help me out with some of the matchers that are still selling RC3600HV's? HAHA, i found this.... 1.24V 652 sec runtime, they must be great cells!!!!! http://integy.automated-shops.com/S36001.jpg |
r u going to fairy meadow tomorrow mangoman????

HAHA, i found this.... 1.24V 652 sec runtime, they must be great cells!!!!! http://integy.automated-shops.com/S36001.jpg I Ran Nitro Speedboats for years from about age 10. I have been running Nitro and Electric cars for about 20 Years. I have had a small amount of time flying Nitro and Electric planes about 5 years ago. When I did a serch on the net for RC3600HV I easily found many overseas shops and matchers selling them. Nice to see even Integy consider them worth matching. But keep in mind they are only 3600 mAh cells. So they cant be compared to 4200 mAh cells. I have found something interesting. As strange as it seems the RC3000's have a lower internal resistance than the RC3600HV's. Does explain why the RC3000 were the best racing battery for years after they became available. Of course comparing them to 4200 mAh cells they are hopeless. Charles |
BTW,
Hasn't anyone picked up the obvious error I have said in the first message on this page. As soon as someone picks it up I will glady admit how wrong I am. Charles |
Nope, I'd stopped reading your posts by then
|
Your implication is that Integy thinks they are great cells so why are you buying your so called "Chinese" junk?

In fact, I have said many times the IB4200's are obviously the most competative cells on the track. As I have said many times before you can't compare 4200 mAh cells to 3600 mAh cells. (Really only 3300). But as for 3300 mAh cells go they may be good compared to other 3300 mAh cells. I have noticed the RC plane guys are using them. Maybe they have a better Capacity to weight ratio. If no-one has noticed the obvious error in the first message on this page then it only goes to show that most people posting in this thread havnt even tried those cells. So I find it amazing how people can comment on them without first trying them.
The obvious mistake was made because I didnt do my homework properly. I made an assumption. Which is always a bad thing to do.... Ooops, Another mistake. It was actualy on the previous page. Post #177. Charles |

Ok. But the obvious mistake is in the first line of that message. Charles |
BUGGER!
I thought this was the "Know Nothing Rant" thread and we were meant to respond in the same way! |
Bye Bye James Bored (Mosc_007)
