for the rear ride height there are a couple of better options than the standard associated adjusters. IRS make a set in .5mm increments, from 0mm to 3.5mm, these are available from towerhobbies. Xenon also produce them in .25mm increments for even finer adjustment, from 0mm through to 4.0mm, you will need to source these from Japan.

**EDIT** i just read the revised instructions on the crc website. they explain everything alot better. my cars the 3.2, not the 3.2R.

Yes it was me Tom got his car from.
I could be wrong, but my understanding is that the CRC shims to adjust the front ride height without fully unscrewing the front end are an option part. (They certainly weren't with the car when I got it secondhand). There are normal washers in the toolbox that your car came with you can use Tom.
Tom, email incoming.

I've never been a fan of corally 12th scales - the whole "must run corally rims" thing always made me cranky. Never been a fan of the cost of spares either.
BUT. Having seen the SP12x today, I have to say it looks beautiful. The anodised front end especially with all the grub screws for adjusting ride height, droop, etc is a fantastic idea. Helps bring 12th scale design into the 1990's Not too sure how well it will hold up in a big impact but the design is really sweet.
The top plate on the rear pod only has one side to support where the damper mounts - I would have thought this would make it a but flimsy but not too sure. Certainly makes motor changes a piece of cake. And the motor mount actually forms the underside of the rear pod - nice low centre of gravity for the motor.
You can run 3-bolt rear wheels too! Party. Bonus. About time! Interesting that it runs damper tubes and a T-bar. Most cars seem to have one or the other.
I'm told it will retail locally for around the $500 mark, which if true seems like a lot of cash money to me. But if it runs as good as it looks, it might be worth it. An interesting new option to consider when buing a 12th scale.
