I have set out all The Track Costings in preparation for the Nationals and it was just under $4500 I will have the Detailed Costings sheet at the Classic for those who want a Copy ...

Disappointed with the Entry List for the Classic - At this Stage we Will NOT be running under Lights as we wont have the need !! And the Cost can't be justified ..
Considering it is still Daylight at 8pm anyway...

Working bee
Righto boys and girls, working bee will be on Monday at 1pm to prepare the track for the Flight centre classic. Also, I think we should have a committee meeting on that day as well to organise jobs for people to do over the classic. Also, the hot one has got a sponsor for the concourse to be held, so I'll see you there at 1 oclock cheers Willy.

well not sure i will be at the Working Bee - just got home it is almost 4am and i have just completed a 17 Hour Shift and thats not counting the 1&1/2 Travel time !!
Need Cash for any bits n pieces I have Entry Fee Cash here for Next Weekend call in and get it if i aren't there ..
I will be blowing down the Track Thursday so I would worry about that tomorrow

Yes getting exciting now , nice list of entries - imagine if some other clubs in the state supported local state racing too ... could be even bigger
