Flights booked,
both myself and the missus are racing, and both getting in to GC early for a few days practice too.

Looking forward to a state title with a difference!

Thanks for putting the picture up Dave. Still don't really show the elevation of the track is up nearly 1600mm higher then the front straight.

There is ups and down , step ups and steps downs , jumps and hump and hills as well as a bridge with a super fast turn 1 off the straight

And guys it's all in a factory indoors with 2.5m wide lanes.

Hi guys, I'm really looking forward to this event! My entry will be in shortly.

I do have a questions though ? Myself and Ash headed up to GCRC yesterday for the day to cut some laps, bed our tyres in and get a feel for the track, special thanks to Marty for making it happen. Layout is fun and challenging. My question?....

Is it possible for one the of the fast guys up there, (you all know who you are, lol) to post what traction additive you guys are using? I ask this as after around 500 laps yesterday each, we are both finding ourselves 1+ second per lap behind the likes of the super quick, Steer,Stains,Sturdy,Marty, and even newbie Shane Vangisburgen according to the lap times that have been posted over the last few weeks on both RC tech and the GCRC face book pages.

Yesterday we tried Deisel , Sticky kicks blue, Buggy grip and even tyre warmers , none of which made much of a difference, and before it is said, yes I am are aware that the locals actually have some decent wheel talent , more than a second a lap off the pace is above normal variants.

Thanks for the help.
