Nah no grudge match I just race for the thrill of knowing that every time I crash my Evo it could potentially cost me hundreds of dollars, it's a better thrill than gambling, especially knowing that if I do well it won't be cash burdening me down on the way home but a bit of plastic coated with gold paint! Woo hoo! That sure is worth all the prep work!

Well I started the Scorpion build. Man what a nice piece of machinery.
I know not strictly vintage , but was wondering if anyone has a Kyosho Outrage Manual in PDF?

Cheers

I have a paper one I think.

BTW, Mikey told me it would be ok to run the Outrage as it is basically a RTR version of ......(someone else fill in the blank, I can't remember), plus it's a piece of s..t so it won't be threatening anyone else.

I'm pretty sure you were doing the aerial overtaking and I was the one being cautious?

Here is the reminder: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sG3s...XeCfxlsaRggaew

If its not you I do apologise and need start a 'grudge' match (Mikey's call) with someone else

All good fun! I have no spares for the Egress in Open Class so lets see how that goes!

Yeah, that WAS me, nothing changes I still blow the lead when I get there, I seem to be ok at chasing but crap at overtaking, I either crash in the attempt or straight after the overtake, happens to me every race meet.

Glad I watched those videos, reminded me of the set up changes I need to get done before the big weekend. I can't believe how much I'm looking forward to this weekend. This is a way bigger deal for me than the Club Series or AARCMCC events, I just love the challenge of getting these old birds to finish the day in one piece.

All is good in the world then Nick! I hadn't won anything for 20-years until that race! Lately I'm pretty good at taking the wooden spoon - Castle Hill Endurance. And getting whipped by Baggz in 4wd Mod.

I have bought two new cars (re-res) for this event. Haven't spent any dollars on modern cars since the Vintage meet last year! For 2015 I might have to get an Avante? Keep progressing back wards each year for Vintage! 2016 Supershot, 2017 Hotshot??? and it goes on....

Just won an auction for a Ninja and what appears to be most of a Coors or a Shogun this arvo. Much Marui Love!

With any luck, might be able to have one do a few laps for the festival.

Entries are in and paid for. It would appear my much reduced fleet is still going to be more than 10 cars
