OK the day has finaly arrived remember you can enter on the day but try to do it before 9.00 am so that Trevor has time to adjust the heats.
It's time to enjoy ourselves as a RC community and have fun for a good cause.
There will be food available and there will be checks carried out on cars during the day ( as we are here for fun then it may be infrequent but be aware the scrutineers will be looking for any cars that smoke the field.)
This event is also a chance for some of these lesser exposed classes to show their stuff.
Any questions or problems give me a call on 0416 721 011
Bob
Also I would like to wish the guy's in Vic all the best and show those southeners how to do it.

Hey Bones, good to see you enjoyed yourself today, I think you need to practice your jump starts a bit more.
I think everyone had a great day of fun racing especially for the reason we were there.
Trying to upload videos of the F1 finals, but not have much success.

The event yesterday was a very special moment for all of us, it show's that helping out a mate when he's taken a blow, and needs a hand to get back up again is something that defines many of us in this country.
For those that were there and/or couldn't be there showed that we were all winners on the day regardless of what happened on the track. For those that couldn't be there, they also shared in the moment from their contributions and kind thoughts & wishes.
Yesterday brought together many kind & generous folk and showed the greatness that can be done when many are willing to lend a hand to a mate that I feel proud & privileged to call a friend.
There are many to thank, but words alone can not thank them enough for the generosity that was apparent yesterday, so thanks to all that took part in a special day that we will all remember for years to come.
Cheers

I had a great day yesterday at the BRB meet held for Dean. It was great to see so many people come out for the day in support of Dean and I know there were those that couldn't make it but showed their support in other ways such as ghost entries etc. It showed what a tight knit community we have and just how many people care.
The day was a huge success but none of it would have happened if not for the efforts of certain people that had been working behind the scenes as well as those involved in the running of the day, donating prizes, selling raffle tickets - the list goes on. Everyone involved in putting this event on deserves congratulations, you've all done a great job.

wow a photo tells a story
many thanks to all those that entered..donated money or donated raffle prizes
As a community we made a difference
the donations from all of the hobby shops was well received and the raffle was a great moment for Dean
Explanation of who the benefit was for and why
BRB was an acronym for be right back but its true meaning was the
BONES RACING BENNEFIT
This whole concept evolved from the track by Deans fellow competitors at SMA and Castle hill Raceway who after seeing him tuff it out leukaemia and get back to racing only to be followed by more bad news of problems with his water works…but this did not stop his passion.
And passion is one thing we must all remember
It’s the difference between this being a Bunch boys playing with toys
Or bunch of drivers shaking hands as they come of the stand
Remembering that it’s not a race if your mates of the pace
Dean probably epitomises this in doing what he does best…making a difference
Whether it be building the track
Packing the track
Lending a motor to a mate
Helping a newbie get back on track he does it with passion and never to his benefit
He has helped me and nearly every body I have spoken say the same thing ever since he has started racing in 2004
Donations from
Walters at Fairfield
Ultimate hobbies at Parramatta
Hobbies in the hills at Castle Hill
Top Racing Australia
I Thank you all
REGARDS ANDREW
