We are looking at camping. Who do we have to let know? Also, what other amenities are available for campers. I see no power at this stage.

Cheers.

Don.

Default Camping

Hi Don,
Amenities will be toilets and cold shower (IE; hose) and you will need your own power. It is first in situation but there is plenty of flat grassed area 15m from track fencing at worst. The only stipulation we ask is your camp site/pit area cant take up more than 4.5sqm area inside the main pit area due to number of people expected to arrive but on the grassed area you get setup a motorhome+awning and gazebo no problems.
Hope to see you and chat over the race weekend.

Regards
Scott Humberstone
Race Director

Well ladies and gentlemen, only 1 week to go before GMRCCC's "Easter Madness" event in Gladstone, Central QLD.
So if your not going away with the family for a holiday come out and have a good couple of days racing. Plenty of new things to be found at the Gladstone track, so hope to see you all here next weekend 29-31st March.
Nominations are being taken on Slyfox and if you are having trouble just email me your details and I will make sure you are nominated.
If your are worried that you can not race on Saturday don't be because if you nominate and pay your nominations before the event starts you will be still able to race on Sunday and try your luck bumping through the finals to the main event. You must inform the GMRCCC Committee of your intension's and be paid up for the event before the start of Saturdays qualifying to be eligible for this option.

Default Easter Madness

Nominations must be paid before your vehicle gets put on the track for practise or racing.
I will be at the track from arround Midday Friday to except nominations before the track is opened for practise around 1-2pm.

See you all this weekend.
