Entry Fee: $30 for first class, $15 for each additional class.

Tyre: OPEN TYRE.
Entries Close: Entries must be received by last mail Wednesday 3rd of October.

Cancellation Fee: No refunds after 16th of September.
Trophies: 1st through 3rd place in each class. Perpetual Trophy for “The Best
Sportsman” of the meeting.

5 Qualifiers for each class on Saturday.
1 Qualifiers Sunday Morning (Best 3 count for Finals)
3 finals for each class Sunday Afternoon ( Best 2 out of 3 Count)

Saturday the 17th
8:30am – Breakfast
8:30am –10:30am – Controlled Practise
8:30am – 10:30am – Scrutineering
10:35am – Drivers Briefing
10:45am – Racing Commences
12.30 pm – 1.15pm Lunch Break ( Track will be closed)
5.30 pm – Close Track ( No practice permitted after Track is Closed)

Sunday the 18th
8:00am – Breakfast
8:00am – 8:45am – Controlled Practise
8:45am – Drivers Briefing
9:00am – Racing Commences (1 x Qualifier, 3 x finals)
12.00pm – 12:30pm – Lunch Break
5.30pm – Conclusion of Meeting

TROPHY PRESENTATION AT CONCLUSION OF RACING.
A minimum of 5 entries per class will be required.
Note:SERCCC at its discretion, reserves the right to amend the schedule dependent on nominations for each class.
All nominated drivers will be notified of such amendments and any resultant change will be grounds for
return of nomination if requested.

Rules
The race meeting is conducted under the current IFMAR rules pertaining to qualifying and finals, this includes
GP class’s.
VORTEC RULES as set out in the published schedule applicable to 2012 EP Classes.
AARCMCC Rules Apply to Nitro Touring Cars ( No Lola Bodies Permitted)

DANDY CUP ENTRIES

For all of you that are thinking about running at the Dandy Cup this October 6th & 7th, Get you entry in soon, or simply send me an email via the club website with your entry nomination. With the numbers we are getting at the moment, and the way the class entries are looking, we may be able to add the 4WD Mini's to the entry list.

Entry's were due to close on Monday the 1st, but with the weather being the way it has been over the last few months, I can understand that so people will hold off to the very end to see what it will be like, so entries will also be taken right up until the start of Qualifying on the saturday morning.

Hope to see you all there bright and early Saturday Morning, and be sure to bring a pocket full of loose change. We will be selling raffle tickets throughout the weekend for some top of the line DREMEL gear kindly donated by the Event Sponsor. Something every RC racer needs.

My name is Aleandro De Lorso and you guys put me into 21.5 blinky class but i wanted to be in the brushed 540 class can you please change me over?
I thought they usually run together?

You have been placed into the brushed 540 class.

At present all 540 brushed and 21.5(blinky) names are listed together.

Our club is running on the 30th of September which is the week before the Dandenong Cup, come and see me personally should you have any further questions.

Grand Final on Saturday the 29th Racing the 30th.

Go Hawks hope it stays in Victoria, however Sydney are cool.

Patrick I think you made a typo with there being a meeting on the 30th of september, just heard from Shaun that there is NO meeting on the 30th.

Serccc is not running this weekend.

We are not scheduled to run the 30th Sept as previously mentioned.

Any chance of there being a practice on the friday before the dandy cup being the 5th?

What a weekend of racing (or raining)... Big thanks to the SERCCC club, Shaun, @the trackrc, Dremel and all support staff for making the weekend fun and enjoyable. It was a pitty that Saturdays day only coulb have 1 qualifier, but Sunday was great. The countdown for 2013 has began, bring it on!!!!
