I've heard they have been having issues with the council (lack of support maybe?).

Would need to move into a different district if not council?

Tomi is perhaps a little premature with an announcement.

It's something we're considering yes, but it's not a carved in stone decision by any means.

At this stage KROMA is still running as per normal (except when it pisses rain which it seems to do all the time)

it wasnt raining Sunday morning. go to templestowe this weekend and they make sure it is wet, go figure! Finding an area with bitumen surface, power and area for car park and pits good luck.
