Default Event at MPRCCC (bittern)

Ok peeps just going to throw an idea out there to see how the numbers feel about it.
How would everyone feel about MPRCCC holding a 1 or 2 day event somewhere early November? Classes possibly Mini, 540, Blinky, 21.5T, 13.5T, Open, & perhaps even Formula One.

I would be great to hear back from everyone an hear there opinion.

Most clubs that do run the Formula 1's seems to be running the silver can motors, if they were to be part of it I think it would be best to stick with what works?

I've had the 13T kit in mine and it was more then a handful to control, not sure if this would suit the numbers tho...

I now can confirm MPRCCC will host a 2 day event in the later part of 2012. Over the coming weeks we'll announce the details. There has been a demand for pancakes so pancakes will be added to the canteen menu for this event!

We hope many of the local racers will come along and join us for this event at our new track as it is sure to be a lot of fun for everyone participating.

Cheers.

Any plans for this to change in the near future? Or perhaps make it available on weekends so that people can practice on non racedays?

At this stage no plans as such as there are other areas the club needs to focus on. However I guess there would be a possibility for it to be available on a saturday if enough want to go down for a practise I'm sure we can arrange something that suits everyone.
