Default web page up dates

Hi EP fans

Some more info has been added to the events page on www.SDMCC.asn.au and we are almost ready to start taking entries just a couple more tweaks.

Guys,

Apologies for the delay, but as we've had to pull the pin on our online entry setup, we'll be taking entries via email to [email protected]. Please include your name, class, transponder number, frequency (or Spektrum) and a contact phone number.

Entry fees are $40 for EP class and $20 for each Nitro class. EFT payment can be made to the SDMCC account:

Bank: Credit Union SA
BSB: 805-007
Account Name: Southern Districts Model Car Club
Account Number: 00198060

Please include your name and ‘EP State Titles’ in the EFT transaction. A confirmation email will be sent when payment has been received.

Entries close April 4.

Race format and rules are as per the AARCMCC proposed rules (http://www.aarcmcc.org/sections/ic_o...wproposals.htm), with the only exception being the format for finals, which will be run over 3, 10 minute legs.

Nitro classes will be run each day, with entry numbers and format dependent on entries in the EP class. Truggies will be running on the Saturday and Buggies on Sunday. The format at this stage looks like being 5 rounds of 10 minute races, best 4 to count.

The event will also be the first ever AARCMCC sanctioned stand-alone 1/8 EP event. Don't miss your chance to one day tell the grandkids that you were there.

Thanks to the event sponsors: Tekin, Mugen Seiki, AKA, Tru Blu Hire and Knight Locksmiths.

Default Interactive Entry Form

Guys,

An interactive copy of the entry form is now on the SDMCC website, in the events section- http://hosting.optcom.net.au/~smeddy/events.html. You can either print this out and hand it in at the next race meeting, or fill it out and email it to [email protected]. Unfortunately it's too big to attach here.

Thanks to Smed for the nice work.

Remember entries close on April 4, and payment can be made via EFT to the club's account:
Bank: Credit Union SA
BSB: 805-007
Account Name: Southern Districts Model Car Club
Account Number: 00198060

Please include your name and ‘EP State Titles’ in the EFT transaction. A confirmation email will be sent when payment has been received.

Yes the track will be open, but the machinery will also be accessing the track on that day, and its just a little heavier than the RC cars.

So it will be a matter of working together.

Dudes,

There are some details missing from a few entry forms for the Tekin/Mugen Seiki EP State Titles. Could the following people please email the missing details to [email protected]:

Glenn Boyd- your transponder numbers seem to be chopped off of the entry form.

Andrew Foord- transponder numbers missing.

Andy Tonero- entry form blank. Need classes, transponders and frequency.

Remember guys, entries close on Monday, April 4. If you are even thinking about racing, could you please forward your entries asap. We need pre-entries for IC classes, also. EFT payments to:

Bank: Credit Union SA
BSB: 805-007
Account Name: Southern Districts Model Car Club
Account Number: 00198060

Thanks.
