just got back home.
well what a hectic weekend. THanks to all the club organisers for a great weekend of racing. ran smooth as silk. too smooth at times haha. needed just a little more time , but you get that doing both classes.

Thanks to MR KANE (aka Gruber) for putting up with me all weekend, and a place to stay. keeping him up at night, when the old boy is normally in bed.
Thanks to Master Kane again for pitting in the tourer, and GasCar24 (Pauly) for some great pit work in the 8th.
its a hollow 2nd place in 8th for me, sorry to SJ for whatever reason why the result didnt stand. but i worked hard, and was Happy in my Pants when i crossed the line for 3rd.

Thanks to Walter RC for the support with the Serpent Products, and the great Xceed tires. i hadnt used the Xceed 8th scale tires before the event, but was very happy with grip and tire wear. Great tires.
thanks to Frankie as well to organise some help for marshalling for me. i think it was Scott that did some Marshalling for me allowing some time to get my cars ready for the Finals.

thanks again to all compettitors for an enjoyable weekend of racing. looking forward to the Nats now. Cheers, Patto.

Well done Patto you made a lot of people take notice of the serpant cars on the weekend (733 1:10 966 1:8 ) i for one am glad i changed to the 966 . The 733 had Rick walking around with a smile on his face all wekend with his 2nd in qualifing.Bring in the nats mabey there will be more orange there?

i think Rick ended up 3rd in qualifying in the end. Rick was very happy with it, but great car, very reliable.
as Frankie would say, Orange is the new PINK bring on the orange !
