Thanks for the heads up about the tunnel being closed Ray. How much more time does the alternative route take? Already looking at 1.45hr drive time from torquay.

If you get off at Kings Way, take Princes Hwy to Ferntree Gully Rd and head up there, it adds 10-15mins (on Sunday with minimal traffic) but saves you a road toll.

Due to being bad at unemployment, seems I'm not able to make it tomorrow, though fridays knock off time can vary somewhat, to a nominal degree. So, see what happens.
