Quick question to clubs in the eastcoast area. www.moorebankraceway.com club in sydney (NSWRCRCC Inc) is planning on hosting an event during the last weeks of June. We are planning on making this date our regular birthday bash date for our club. Are there any events such as state titles, 5th scale, 8th or 10th being held by any clubs in Vic, SA, NSW or QLD during the last two weeks in July?
please PM any details for June/july 2008 to me please.
info on following classes: 5th, 8th and tourer.

You can also download a copy here.
The two proposed dates? end June and/or end July from what I understand would clash with the Summer Nats (June 28/29) and the PDNR Challenge (scheduled for August 2/3)
Hope this helps.

ok. So June during the first two weeks is open, also the first two weeks in July.
Anything happening on September? and when are the 10th and 8th scale nationals? (from memory i think it is October for the tourer/8th nationals right?) when is the 5th's?
i'm also thinking late May (after the tamworth interclub) may be a good time any events during this period?

The Offroad Arm of the Maitland Club in NSW will be holding a trial 1/8th scale meeting on the 3rd of February to determine the suitability of the current offroad layout. It is the same layout that was used for the 2007 1/10th electric National Championships. The club is presently trying to determine whether it should build a separate track for 1/8th scale racing, whether multiple layout of the one track would be better, or if one track design could accommodate both 1/10th and 1/8th scale racing.
There has been no 1/8th offroad racing in Newcastle or the Hunter region since the Redhead Offroad club lost the use of their facilities and the Maitland Club is keen to determine the interest level of locals and the wider 1/8th community for holding this type of racing in the area.
General Information
Date: Sunday 3rd of February
Classes (nominally): Buggy, Truck, Monster Truck
Entry Fee: $25 non-members, $20 members (Annual Membership Fee: $10)
Location: Harold Gregson Reserve, High Street, East Maitland, NSW.
On the day entries will be taken at 8.00 am, Driver's Meeting 8.30 am
A promotional flyer can be found here: http://www.morcc.com.au/index.php?op...d=55&Itemid=61
More general information, and links for specific enquiries can be found on the club's website: http://morcc.com.au
