This car started life out as a Tamiya 415, then converted to front motor mount using MDF conversion kit. All the sus arms and CVDs were also replaced by OTAR R31 parts for maximum performance and steering angles. A very well handling car.

Details:
MDF chassis conversion kit with OTAR R31 arms, knuckles,CVDs.
TRF shocks
Spool F/R with center One way.
Tamiya Supra body
HPI Wheels with T-Drifts tyres
EZY Run 5.5T combo with programmer.
NO Servo,TX, RX or battery.
Condition: like new except tyres.
CS setup: Front 32/16, Rear 27/23 (potential to go 200%+)

would you recomend this to a beginer looking to get in on the sport?

Hi mate, car had been sold. But to answer your question...

Typically, this or similar front motor mounted chassis and all the adjustabilities it offers ie. (Camber -ve 5degrees +, caster, toes... ) are more suitable to most intermediate to pro drifters.
Most beginners would go for a Tamiya TT01D/ HPI E10. These are plug and go. It also gives you a chance to decide if u like the sport.
If budget permits, a TA05 is a better beginner choice over tt01 and e10.
