I used mine yesterday from one end of 75Mhz spectrum to the other....
We had full packed qualifiers and mains....
So, I thought I would put it through it's paces....
WORKED 100%....no glitches, no hits, nothing but a TQ & win.....
Great combination....

I think so...hehe
I think the DCX is still the best Rx on the market due to the dual conversion.....
But the Xtra makes life a little easier...No standing waiting for your freq. clip....
Just walk up, grab what's on the board, dial Spectrum module and Rx and go run...gotta love that.

Great COMBO!!
Large step foward in the RC world...
Right up there with the ESC...
Great price point for all you get......
If you bought them by themselves it would cost around $370 street price.....
Thanks for the info Mike..

Mike & Gary: Any chance you could get Novak on here to host a forum like you guys do? The more the merrier!
Keep up the good work! A crystal-less Tx/Rx combo is something this hobby has been waiting for for a long time.

Your LHS should be able to get it. I checked Horizon earlier, and it was listed, but on backorder. Tower doesnt even have it listed, so i would assume a couple weeks. I'm sure Mike or Gary could better answer this question though.

Horizon Hobby has the Lynx 3d w/spectra module for $269 and they sell the xxtra receiver for $114. The combo they are offering both for is listed at $469. That is almost $100 more than it should be. Am I missing something. Let me know.
thanks

Horizon always lists everything with a higher price online. They would rather have you go to your LHS rather than use the online store.
You should get a pretty good deal at your LHS. See what price they can give you..
