Is this the best stick radio you have available with land fequencies? Are any other high end stick radioes available.

Yes that is our top surface stick radio. What are you looking for it to do and maybe I can point some other options out for you. TTYL.

Ideally, I need a stick radio with EPA's etc. and model memory.

You can use our Eclipse or Prism 7x with a 75 Mhz module. If you would like some more info on those radios you can check them out at our website, www.hitecrcd.com Let me know If I can help you out some more. TTYL.
