I dont get it, your servos have been doing the same thing for years now. Can you please get some quality control?

For so many servos to fail, then would look for the real reason for failure.
1. Most common is for steering servo failure when EPA not used and Steering turned hard over, mechanical stops on car/truck etc prevent servo from travelling the commanded distance so servo burns out.
2. Battery pack failing or not of high enough capacity to meet demand under load.
3. battery voltage to high/low.

The biggest problem I have had is in a 4wd off road, sedan or 12th scale. pretty basic servo usage here.

with the other servos costing $80 to $120 and hitec comming in at $35 to $60 why not give them a try.

In my years of racing I have had 9 hitec servos new in the package over the counter from hobby shops. 4 failed out of the box, 2 more failed on the first day leaving me with 3 that made it more than 24 hours. I wont even talk about others I have received 2nd hand because I have no idea the abuse they have been through before I see them.

I will say hitec is very good at sending replacements..... bad ones.

Yes I know how to trim my radio, no I dont try using mini servos in off-road.
