I dont think they can just send the wheel...the front face plate comes with teh wheel as a whole. I think ur better off talking to someone on the phone...i get 100% excellent service from Hitec and i am wondering why u are not getting your part. Strange.

I still would sugest to hitec that this steering wheel be offered as a replacment part, so it can be ordered through local hobby stores.
