I’ve got a HS-5925MG. I have been using it for almost 2 years now. Last Saturday my car spun out and got T-bone right at the servo. Yes, my HS-5925MG died instantly.

I put it on the workbench and try to find out what went wrong. All the SMT components are fine and PCB is okay. Except the oscillator that provided the clock to chip went dead. So in Digital, no clock means no joy.

I am wondering how much would Hitec charge to replacing the oscillator? Or I could buy the oscillator and installed it myself?

Well, I do not have the receipt. I don't even have the receipt of what I bought last week.

I bought a HS-645mg servo, and I was j/w if I could send it in to see if the servo is ok or if it needs new parts. But the only recepit i have is the one for towerhobbies, will this work too?
