HS-5925MG need help
#1
I’ve got a HS-5925MG. I have been using it for almost 2 years now. Last Saturday my car spun out and got T-bone right at the servo. Yes, my HS-5925MG died instantly.
I put it on the workbench and try to find out what went wrong. All the SMT components are fine and PCB is okay. Except the oscillator that provided the clock to chip went dead. So in Digital, no clock means no joy.
I am wondering how much would Hitec charge to replacing the oscillator? Or I could buy the oscillator and installed it myself?

If it's under two years, just send it back to Hitec with your receipt and they'll fix it for you for FREE. Download the return authorization from their website at http://www.hitecrcd.com/homepage/nsupport_SFS.htm
Hope that helps.
