List of things to check;
1) look for anything metal on metal that could be rubbing or vibrating when the car is running.
2) Make sure that the Rx is either wrapped in foam, or has some other method of isolation from the vibration of the car.
3) If you are using a switch to turn the power on to your car, make sure that it is in excellent shape, if its not 100% change it out or go direct wiring.
4) Check all of your wires going to and from the Rx. Even a small fray can cause glitching if its in contact with the car somewhere.
5) Make sure that your Rx pack is good. A bad connection on the battery itself can vibrate out and glitch you.
6) Make sure you use the rubber grommets that were included with your servos to help isolate them from the car. A servo getting jostled around can also cause glitching.
7) Have you cut down the size of the Rx antenna?
Try those things out and then we will try some more things if the problem still exists.

From my experience if everything is working fine when a gas vehicle is not running, there is something on the car that is creating the glitch. Have you tried a fresh glow plug? Once a plug gets older it will also vibrate and give you RF, especially on the small blocks.
Also try another set of Xtals for the Rx and see if the problem lies there.

If it works fine when the car is not running but glitches when it is started it is obviously something loose, rubbing, vibrating, etc. Have you tried another frequency?
