Default Help needed: Hitec HFX setup procedure

Howdy folks,

I am seeking help from a knowledgeable person about the one button set-up procedure on the HFX...

I'm thinking about putting this baby back in a sedan, just for kicks (I don't race electric TC any more). But I remember the setup procedure is kind of different from the other speedos, and I lost the instructions...

Could somebody (privateer or official) please help and type the procedure here from the instructions?

thanks a lot a lot a lot !

Paul

HFX Manual

HFX Setup:
1. Turn the transmitter “ON” and place all the trims to the neutral position.
2. Turn the power switch “ON” while pressing the setup button at the same time. When the setup button is released, the
red LED light will blink once to program the neutral position (takes about 1 to 2 seconds).
3. Pull the throttle trigger to full high throttle position and wait for the LED lamp to blink once again. (Takes about 1 to 2 seconds). This sets up
the high throttle position.
6. Push the trigger to the full brake position and wait for the LED to blink twice.

Default Thanks

Awsome! Muchas gracias señor Tres. It's weird, cause I surfed the hitec side but couldn't find this pdf.

It's also interesting to see you're a Hitec rep now, from a simple poster a couple of years ago... How did you manage that?

Thanks again,
Later

Paul

Smile Well...

Congrats for your promotion anyway...

Moved to Europe, with a lot less RC activity... Racing 8th scale onroad now, but I still have truckloads of electric stuff. A work buddy bought his first "real" RC car and asked me for help, so I cycled my 2000's and slapped a rx and D3 in the car, and guess what... it's friggin' fast!!! 3 year-old cars rule! hehe

Thanks for the help,

take care,

Paul

Hi Paul

Have you been known as "pgeld" on the HPI board?

If so, I still remember a good post about the best hop op in the world...
