Default lynx 3d prob

Ive had my radio for almost 2 yrs now, i have never droped it or abused it at all. About 3 weeks ago i was sleeping and heard a beeping, at first i thought it was my fire alarm but it turned out to be the low battery indicator on my radio even though it wasnt turned on. Since then if theres a battery in the radio it will turn on but the on/off switch is turned to off, is there any way i can fix this??
