Default hs5925mg servo keep breaking

i have been using these servos for steering for two years now in all my cars with great results until this summer.so far i havent had one that has lasted for more than a day and im on my third one now.every one has had the same problem.thay will lock in one direction and you cant move it with the power on or off.i dont understand whats going on but its getting frustrating.the one that failed today when 5 runs and failed during the fifth one.i run a ntc3 with a bmi chassis which stand the servo upright.one more thing i didnt bend or break a single front end part today ,i did make some slight contact with a few walls but nothing serious enough to break anything.any help would be much appreciated at this point.
thanks

Have you sent any of the servos in for repair yet? If so what did the service dept determine was wrong with the servos.

Check the case top where the second pin rests and see if the area is worn. This could lock up the servo.

Mike.

I would also check the throw on the servos,no digital servo will hold up to(trying to think how to put this)when you turn the wheel what stops first, the servo or do you hit the A arm with the steering knuckle,If you do you can and will damage digital servos. They dont like to be put in a bind like this..I did do some damage to a few digital servos this way..
