FYI
Negative and positive shift only affects the 75 Mhz band FM. There is no shift problem on 27 Mhz FM.

Sydewynder: Thanks for the info, I was not aware of that! My nephew is on the 75MHZ band, so he would have needed this done anyway!

What exactly is this positive and negative shift anyways? How exactly does it affect the signal from the radio to the receiver?
