hiya everyone!
i recently purchased 2 hs-6985HB for use in my 1/8th buggy.
i installed them but have yet to use them. they are very noisy
when the servos move they make a loud whirring noise. when they are holding a position other then full left or right, they make beeping noises.
is this normal?
i have used a analog servo form hitec before without much hoohaa, ima just worrid abt these new digital/karbonite servos.

All digital servos make that high pitched beeping/squelching noise. Its all good.

is this limited to Hitec digital servos ?i have several futaba digital servos but they dunt seem to make quite as much noise as they swing from side to side.
they all do make the beeping noise alright, but the noisy movement is kinda spooky.
it sounded a little like some of my analog servos before they died.
this is the first time i am using the karbonite geared servos, i was wondering what the advantage is of using karbonite, over metal?
