Default Hitec HS605BB?

Hey Hitec Guys,
I just got a XXX4 off of eBay and it came with a HS605BB servo. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how old this is? Still in production? How much is it in stores? Is it all metal geared?

Thanks In Advance,
Jeff

it isn't? The (don't know what it's called, I'll try my best) output shaft looks like it's metal? Is it easy to break? I have it in a XXX4 without a servo saver, should I put one in?

Is it a BB or MG after the 605?

BB stands for ball bearing & MG stands for metal geared

Yes, you need a servo saver with a XXX4

It's BB after the 605, as I posted, but the output shaft(correct term?) looks to be metal. I'll confirm it in awhile, I need to go put a servo Saver on.

okay, here's the scoop. It says Hitec HS605BB on the Label. But when I opened it up, I found no plastic gears that I could see. Sooo does that mean I have a Hitec HS605MG? What's the specs on that?

Now I'm having a different problem.
When I run the car, it has a MAJOR hard time turning right, but left is just fine...

okay.
I took it out, thinking maybe the Buggy was binding somewhere, but when I undid the Ballcup and turned right on the steering wheel. It took a full second to reach full Right! I don't understand it, It worked great until I put the motor in and tried running it...

Is there anything I could do before sending it to Hitec? I took it apart to make sure nothing was stuck in the teeth of the gears and such, but it still doesn't work right.
