Default Hs-5625

i bought an HS5625 used a few months back. it won't center properly(almost always off by a few degrees and requires a very small turn in the correct dirrection to center it). It also is very easy to move(very little pressure needed to turn the horn at all). what could be wrong with it, and what should i do about it?
thanks.

First, check for ANY binding in the steering of the car.
If all is ok, contact: [email protected]
