Unhappy Hitec 625MG Dead

I was running my Pro 3 with the Hitec 625MG on it and then suddenly, I couldn't turn. This happened many times before. But once I waited a while, it'd work again. Now it is really dead. What do you think the reason of my servo's death is? I was thinking it overheating?

Have you tested it on CH. 2?

What other equipment are you using in the car?

Yeah, I tested it on Ch 2. I am using it on my Pro 3, along with Novak GT7 and Monster Stock motor.
