Got a few questions for ya......

1. I sent a servo in a few days ago. Bob Friedel is my name. According to the tracking, hitec recieved it on Monday the 20th. It was the 5990. It is a over a year old and was a purchase from this site. would you be able to find the status on this servo? Is the warrantee still good?

2. I used that servo for RC cars. I have read that the 7955 is 7.4 volt compatible. Is there any way that I could recieve a 7955 servo instead?


I have 7 various hitec servos. So I am and will be a continuing user. I have been trying to hold out for your new high voltage servos, but it appears that my older servos are going out faster than the release date is approaching. I currently have no backup servos, all are installed in running vehicles

I have a really big race in the Colorado area next week. A large cash race with many of the sponsored big name pros coming in to town. If there is anything you can do for me on tracking my servo that I sent in and helping me recieving it before the race starts on the 31st. That would be a huge plus for me

Hello Bob,
Your servo has been checked in and is in line to be looked at by our technicians. Without the purchase receipt the technicians will have to use the production code on the servo do decide whether or not to cover the servo under warranty. I can't promise you will receive the servo by the 31st, but i will try to get your servo to the front of the line for you.
