Hitec 7965 and 5995
#1
I have both of them servo's and they both act the same. The throttle just cuts out and it dosent move till I give it a little push than it will go for about another 2 mins than stop. I set all of my EPA and throttle linkage after every clean. I had the 7965 for about 3 weeks and 5995 for about a year and both was on throttle duty. Can I send them in to be looked at? I run Hitec in all of my cars. I only had the problems these 2.FYI, they didnt act up at the same time. the 5995 was in buggy and I just thought it went bad and put a 7965 in to replace that one.
I also have a 7965 in my truggy and that one just went bad after 3 weeks.
Both brought new.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey Mike
We do offer a 2 year warranty on all of our products against manufacturer defects. If your servos are less than 2 years old you can send them in to us with a copy of your purchase receipt and we will repair or replace them for you. If they are not under warranty, we can still repair them.

Without a purchase receipt, our technicians will have to go by the production code on the servo and use their discretion as to whether or not it will be covered. Here is a link to our service request form that has all of the shipping information on it.
