Hello Cestari,
It sounds as though you might have a damaged amplifier in your servo. We do offer a 2 year warranty on our servos. Please send the servo in to our U.S. facility for warranty claim. You can download our service request form from our website (hitecrcd) and be sure to send it with a copy of your purchase receipt.

Hello,
thank you very much for the info.

I don't have the receipt any more. There is chance to me to use the warranty service with out it ?

Thanks

Without a purchase receipt there is no guarantee that you will be covered under the 2 year warranty. The tecnicians will have to go by the production code on the servo and use their discretion as to whether or not you will be covered.
