I'm looking at getting the HS-5625MG for use in my 1/8 truggy for the throttle/brake servo. In the description it states "REQUIRES: Hitec, JR and Airtronics-Z radio system". Will this servo work with my Nomadio React?

It should work with that radio system. I would suggest stepping up another level in servo performance though for a truggy as they are very hard on servos. A 7965mg or 7955tg would give you longer life in that application.
