Default When you send a servo to Hitec....

.....do they call or just send it back repaired. Fedex shows they've had it for a week but I've not heard anything from them. I'm not complaining or anything I just need to gauge how long I have until I need to buy a replacement T/B servo or wait for my broken one to come back.

When we receive product for service it is checked in and a postcard is sent to let the customer know we received the products. Currently our turn around time is just a couple working days before the order would be completed and returned. If it is warranty, the tech takes care of the problem and sends the items back. If it is non warranty the tech contacts the customer (provided the customer gave us contact information)with a repair estimate.
Occasionally an item is out of stock when the tech puts an order in for a replacement and that can hold up both warranty and non-warranty repairs until the item is back in stock.

If you want to give me your name and shipping info I can check on your order status.
