HS81 vs HS85

could HS85 BB plastic gears inside replace by using HS81 metal gear set??

Nope, it will not work but you can use a HS-85MG gear set in your HS-85BB servo.

fot hitec product, Is there any faster than HS-85MG either analog or digital? dimension should be same as HS85MG.

Nope, not in the same size servo. The digital version has the same speed.
