Im buying a few servos from people and was wondering if the numbers on the green dots of his hs-645mg represent the manufactured date, version, etc. One says 4.11 and one says 4.6 on the green dots sticker on the side of the servo. Is this an indication of an older servo?

They are manufacturing date codes.

They are older but are no different than the newer production dates.
