I second that. I messed up a new servo attempting to shorten the wires, mailed it in, they sent it backed super fast and didn't charge. It's great customer service that will make me a repeat customer. Thanks again!

Hitec has excellent customer service. I've sent in 2 servos and one esc and have always come away pleased with the result. Definitely one of the best out there as far as service goes.
