I just put the Hi-tech 5995 servo in my stock E maxx. I am wondering if the amount of buzzing I am getting is normal? Is it harmful? What can I do to minimize it?

Digital servos will buzz, especially when new. Make sure all connections move freely to minimize any load placed on the servo. You can also just slightly back off the screws that hold the case together.
