Hi, i purchased this servo about 2 months ago. And i recently installed it on my new nitro car. but it doesn't seem to provide 70 oz/in Torque. after i set the center, i drove (breaking in the New engine. which means i NEVER went faster than 10 mph or lower). whenever it rubs against something, the center balance gets messed up. Hmm... I'm not sure whether i'm describing it right. is this normal??

disconnect the tie rod going to the servo,
Does the steering turn easy from end to end?
Does it bind at any point?
Is the servo saver tight?
Which servo horn do you have on the servo?

NO
Is the servo saver tight?
How much is tight enough?? There are two pieces for servo horn. They move together with no gap. So i guess it is tight

I picked the one for Hitec one which the car manual told me to use.
