Default Sun Lakes RC- Arizona - Now with AMB!!!!!

Sun Lakes is growing, so I figured a new official thread is in order since the other was started for the series races.

Sun Lakes RC is located south of Mesa on the Hunt Hwy near Florence. The address is 7663 E. Hunt Hwy, Florence AZ, 85232

Classes offered are 1/10 Scale, 1/8 Scale, 1/5 Scale, and Short Course Truck all in nitro and electric.

Winter schedule as of now is 1/10, 1/8 and Short Course Trucks on Saturday Mornings, gates open at 8:30am, racing starts at 10:30am, and 1/5 scale in the afternoon starting around 1:00pm

Sun Lakes now has an AMB Timing system with house transponders, and personal transponders are highly encouraged.

Track conditions are loamy dirt that is groomed every week before racing. Track is kept wet during racing. Very large high speed berm, table top, moguls, double double triple, two smaller berms, and two ski jumps, with a front side straight with a large roller center stage.

Sun Lakes is a very family oriented atmosphere and all ages and skill levels are welcomed.

Don't forget we will also have a high jump competition and a race for kids! Also want to thank the man the myth the legend for the new thread! It would also be cool to have people there to answer questions from the public.

Default BAJA RACING

Saturday the 21st of November will be my last Baja race in Arizona. Trying to get the biggest Baja race together that Arizona has seen.

Racing will start at 1:00pm

(2) 15 minute Heats and 30 minute Mains.

There will be a seperate Buggy and Truck race, and TwoStrokeHobbies.com will be giving out prizes for the top three in each class.

If you've got 'em, bring 'em, and race 'em!!!!!
