Default 2013 Carpet Duel at One Lug Raceway

One Lug Raceway presents the 2013 Carpet Duel!!!!

Saturday, October 19, 2013

One Lug Raceway
5370 Hwy 431
Albertville AL 35950

$25 1st Class
$15 2nd Class
$0 3rd Class

$10 Sportsman

Classes :

17.5 Roar TC
25.5 Roar VTA
13.5 Roar 1/12

TC and VTA drivers will be paired with another racer in the same class and will have a chance to be DUEL CHAMPION! We have tweaked the rules this year to make it easier and better.
A TC driver will be paired with another random TC driver. The drivers will race all day and after the Mains, the TOP 4 Teams(8 drivers), will battle it out for the DUEL CHAMPION PLAQUE! This race is setup for drivers to help each other out and have a race in a race concept. This will work the same way in VTA and 1 driver will go home as the Duel Champion in VTA and 1 for TC.

This is our Premier Onroad Race this year with lots of awards and Sponsor giveaways!!!

Flyer and more info soon!

We did run Jr VTA, but want to open it up so everyone can get started with what they have.

Do you have a breakdown of the class rules or where they might be posted?

I'll give you a hand Fuzz. Hit me up with any questions you have and we'll get it figured out. The setup changes from the E-mergent track to Onelug aren't much if any.

I know you were thinking of VTA, but I also know you have a 1/12 laying around too. Time to fire up both of them.

You disapointed me Fuzz! Did you even open the box?

Just get that VTA ready for some carpet. Which car are you going to use? You have a few to choose from.

My 415 is set to use in VTA, wonder what a TA04 or a 414 would do?? So many choices...

Personally I would use whatever car you can get a front diff or spool in. The track is tight and you need brakes. I tried using a oneway and hated it.

I'm in for something...TC and dunno what else. Brent said I should be in Sportsman but I think he is just afraid of being bit by the Serpent!
