Would an oval body from McAllister be allowed possibly? I've always wanted to run one, they look cool.

The VTA Oval body is going to be tested this weekend too! I just want to have it where the guys that do not want to spend money for tires or bodies can still be just as fast. I will post after this weekend.

Great to see all the interest and I cannot wait!

Which body is gonna be the test mule? I don't see any certian body being any significant advantage over the USVTA legal bodies. I like the idea of allowing an oval / Nascar or Nastruck body to be ran on an otherwise USVTA legal chassis tho. The body that Brent posted is killer, and prob will be the one I'd get if they are allowed.

Haven't you heard? Everyone is selling off their F1s and building VTAs for the new Oval class

The Protoform body Brent posted and the slick HPI tires are what I would like to run! Do not want to make guys buy just to run the oval though.

I just want to see if different tires and bodies make a difference on the track. Would hope to run either slick or treaded tire and any body, but we will see Saturday how each work.

Haven't you heard? Real race cars turn right and left.

And never forget that F1 is the pinnacle of racing!

I think you are going to have a hard time getting the body Brent posted on a TC. That's Protoform's NASCAR body made for a pan car. The nose is really low and I don't think you will be able to clear the shock tower with it.
