Team Associated RC....but is it a 12?
Hey all, it's been years since I've done anything RC and I was inspired to just look in my boxes of stuff and I found this chassis. I think it's a rc12E but I'm unsure. I'll post some pics from my phone in a minute but it's so old and the FRP chassis has zero scratches on it so I doubt it's ever been ran. I was thinking about getting bearings to replace the stock bushings but then again I'll probably never run it. No body so that sucks but I'd like to find one to put on top so I can display next to my Tamiya Mini that I use to race in the UK.

Great times back then. Simplicity was great.

The RC12e was the first Associated 1/12 electric, about 1980 or maybe a bit earlier. It was replaced by the RC12i at the time of the first 1/12 World Championships 1982?
I still have a modified RC12i somewhere as well as 2 RC12l which replaced the RC12i. There were a number of developments to the RC12i especially around the front suspension.
