THAT ABOUT THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN R&D SOMETHING. YOU TRY IT OUT IN PRACTICE.
IF YOU THOUGHT IT WAS BEING RAN DURING THE RACE, YOU COULD HAVE HAD THE CARS TECHED.

JUST SO ITS CLEAR,
THE CO27 WAS NEVER RAN IN A QUAILFIER OR A RACE!

Dude you need to get your facts straight. I saw more than 1 blue motor in a car in my qual before. The bigger you write doesnt make your point any more true.

I never complained about the use of these motors becasue I understand that R+D needs done in races and I respect that fully. The motor fits all the stock guidlines hence the never complaining about it.

There are many many people that saw these motors in cars during qualifying so denial is moot point.

Sarquis...

Latif told me personally, a little while ago, that CO27s were used in some first round qualifiers at Horsham. Testing is testing. There's no problem with that. In fact, I asked Latif if I could build one with my own stuff just to see how they were . He didn't answer me.

It's all good.

BTW... The Atlas 19T motors have been submitted for ROAR approval and should have final word within the next couple weeks. I believe this includes both Atlas 19Ts.

Back me up on this Tags if I missed something.

And the Panthers??? Who are the Panthers???

Steelers is more like it.

Only PA team left.

Well I guess by the comments being made that Larry's suspected correctly. Does this really surprise anyone? Is it really going to matter if we run Atlas or C2's? Nope, we all know the results will be the same....Larry and Shreff will still be fast. Isn't it great though....its called a rivalry. Thats what makes you faster and compete harder. Lets just be clear on one thing....Keep the rivalry on the track. We all know each other and we all see each other all year. 95% of what makes this hobby great is the interaction in the pits between the wars on the track. I say if you want to trash talk...do it but have fun with it. Let the cars settle it out on the track.

Just got off the phone with John Tag. He confirmed that the Atlas motors were submitted for ROAR approval. I hope this will clear up a lot of the questions on the legality of this motor.

Tag, when did you say you were getting in those Integy 27t stockers? Just curious, I'd like to test one. Were they the angled brushes or laydown?

Brandon, when is the Cali/Roar Carpet Nats? Are you heading down to da Wood tomorrow? Catch ya there if ya are. I have to do some more testing with my 415 in stock. And I'm still waiting on my 4mm chassis from Tamiya. If I don't get it by the Snowbirds.. I'm S.O.L!
