It is definitely tight. My receiver is under the top deck. I am running the tiny Helios receiver with a KO VFS2000. I will snap a pic.....

Yeah-I change cars with the change of seasons!! But I will stick to one car during the "winter" carpet season. Last few years has always been the FTTC3, Warpspeed TC3 and then the BMI TC3.
But I have tried and tested them all (losi-XXXs, G+, Tamiya EvoIII, Xray-Evo2, PB, T1, FOC, Short arm, HPI Pro4), but the spring and summer is PLAY TIME!!!

Front:
2 holes open with X-Ray 30 wt. oil
middle on tower
6 degree caster blocks
anti-dive (front lowest hole and rear in the middle)
1.5 mm up travel
33 lb X-Ray spring
-2 camber
camber is short (down and out)
diff setting kind of tight
ackerman is stock (inside on swing rack and outside on hub)
Rear:
3 holes open with X-Ray 30 wt. oil
out on the arm and in one on tower
camber link is stock on bulkhead and inner on hub
arms flat and in lowest position
1.5 rear toe
-2 camber
3mm up travel
28 lb. X-Ray spring
wheel base is stock setting (big spacer in front)
diff setting loose
Alfa
BSR purple/orange and purple
BMI 3mm chassis/solid top deck/3mm shock towers (battery slots are about a full cell forward and slightly closer to center. Car is PERFECTLY balanced on the Hudy balancing tools.
